Dear all,
Just to let you know, I had a wonderful time over my summer holidays in Germany and Spain. Although, I think I did pack in too much 🙂 The Sprint Triathlon at the Rothsee near Allersberg went really well. I was very happy with my 9th place in my age group. And to have my parents cheering me on was wonderful.
Now back in Macclesfield, and I have to say, it is very hard indeed to keep on with your training routine whilst it is this hot weather. But as with everything else, continuity is the key to success when it comes to exercising, staying strong and healthy throughout the year.
