Just to let everyone know, I recently qualified to become a Suspension Trainer using TRX. I had a great time at the Y club in Manchester, and trained with YMCAfit. It was a very intense, challenging and informative course. TRX is a fantastic training tool, working out specifically your core muscles, creating strength and endurance. It is useful for anyone, for the beginner who want to get back into a workout routine. For people with certain health problems, such as chronic back pain or any other injuries. TRX can also be used by the older population who want to improve their ability of independent living. And of course, TRX is excellent for the super fit workout enthusiast who wants to take their strength and endurance to the next level.
