Hope you are all happy that it is finally getting lighter outside and hopefully soon also a little bit warmer to get more outdoors to be active.

I have decided that the special offer, £299 for 12 and £126 for 4 sessions, will be on throughout 2013!

I will also start with new weight management courses from April onwards, where you have the chance to be in a group of 3-5 friends being comfortable together in one of your friends home learning more about nutrition and well balanced diets. It is also a great chance for you to raise your own concerns about nutrition that can be then researched by myself and discussed in detail.
