Yes, it’s snowing, and unfortunately for some of us, we have to take our training (whether running or cycling) indoors. However, I am grateful that it is slowly getting lighter and the days are getting longer.
I am looking forward to my own training during spring time and getting ready for my sprint triathlon season starting this year in May with the Wilmslow Triathlon organised by Xtra Mile Events.
I hope you were also inspired by watching our British athletes and all other athletes from around the world who competed in this years Winter Olympics!
Please remember, whatever your fitness level or health situation, you too can achieve great things with your body through determination and continuity.
